About Anna
Anna Earman came to Pure Art Salon this spring and is excited to grow her business by serving new clients at Pure Art Salon and Spa Studios . Anna was adopted from Seoul, South Korea and grew up in Harrisonburg. She attended Turner Ashby High School and simultaneously studied cosmetology at Massanutten Technical Center (MTC), graduating in 2019. She immediately took her state board and was licensed as a stylist.
Post-high school, Anna began her career working at various salons including “Moxie”, a salon in Charlottesville. She eventually returned to the Harrisonburg area for another opportunity. While honing her cosmetology skills, Anna expanded her expertise by taking on various roles such as receptionist, wedding coordinating, and social media specialist. She furthered her education under the guidance of two master stylists and three other educators.
Now, Anna is thrilled to announce the launch of her new business, “Beauty by Anna”. Anna specializes in blonding and makeup, while also growing her love for fantasy color and formal/wedding events. She will be working alongside “Artistry by Janie” in their newly custom-designed Studio 120. Anna is the life of the party. She loves to have fun with friends and take care of her cat, Molly.
